Kasegaon Education Society is a renowned institution in Western Maharashtra. Still it remains the milestone in the field of education. It gives me an immense sense of happiness and honour to announce that our Vidyaniketan English Medium School (CBSE) Kasegaon has years of successful journey in the field of education.
I strongly believe that today’s generation has a unquenchable thirst to seek the knowledge. Such a thirst cannot be satisfied by traditional methods of teaching. So I always wish that the students should face their problems by themselves. I earnestly request parents not to burden their children with their own patronizing ambitions. The children should be encouraged to fulfil their own dreams.
It is my humble request to all the teachers to focus on each and every child, as a monitor or facilitator. And they should look after them with motherly love and respect. Appreciate their achievements, find out their potential and skill and mould their characters and create in them the zeal to participate in each activity.
Thus give them chance to grow and enjoy the fruits of life.

She comes with a rich experience of 20 years in the field of education. having Science, English, Mathematics as her core subjects. Her career spans over a considerable period in various capacities with many milestones to her credit, achieving awards.A philanthropic Leader of Inclusive education, she became Principal/Founder Member of Cambridge School, Miraj at a very young age when she was hardly 26 and had opened the doors for Lakhs of children who are differently able, striving to bring them to the mainstream education..developing best to their overall personality. Born into the family of an Indian Navy Nau Sena Medalist Chief Officer, Ms. Sandhya has imbibed love for the nation, respect for fellow beings, and empowering people around, early in life !
Growing up with all these virtues, it’s not a surprise that she chose teaching as her profession to reach out to the society and contribute towards education which is meaningful.
She began her schooling with an enriching experience of Kendriya Vidyalayas moving on to Schools in Kerala, Mumbai, Andaman and Nicobar islands broadening her horizons she has diverse experience of working in schools at Sangli/Kolhapur District and Pune.During her tenure with Zee Learn as a Mentor,an Academic Head for more than 100+ schools in Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP, earning Best Acamedician award !.
After completing her B.Sc. (Physics) from K C. College, Churchgate (University of Mumbai), she completed her Bachelors of Education (B.Ed ) at Kolhapur University ,further in process. of M.Ed from Pune University
As an educationist, she believes in empowering the facilitators and creating a lineage which would benefit the future of our country. A visionary by nature, she is in the process of mentoring and guiding not only in the school that she heads, but also in the places she goes as a pedagogue.
With a childlike zeal and the depth of philosopher, she has been a role model mentor to thousands of Teacher's.
Her thoughts express as "For those who care with compassionate hearts, life is beautiful and peaceful beyond all measure" !
As a Principal I believe each Child is unique, it's just that we should give each child an opportunity to discover SELF! Our Indian Culture is so precious that Students learn many diverse skills through it .and indirectly understand the value of being Responsible & a patriotic Citizen, who can confidently achieve his/her goal in Life .!
